PEO Time Entry
    Allows the PEO to:
  • Customize the client time entry method; regular, departmental or job cost
  • Provide the client with earnings, deductions and reimbursement codes to match the client needs
  • Provide the client with the ability to modify hourly rates for specific tasks
  • Allow the client to use default settings to pre-fill their time entry worksheet
  • Add earnings, deductions and reimbursement codes in ‘real time’ as the client needs
  • Access data integrity notices, increasing efficiency and accuracy. Reports include;
    • a quick review of hours, highlighting abnormalities
    • summary of missing employees including reasons for no pay
    • report of employees not being paid wages but still need to be processed for benefits only
    • summary of employees marked for their last check or terminat
  • Print client instructions and notices for special payroll requests
  • Import payroll directly into PayPlus, eliminating manual entry
